We all know in this market at takes more than a three line ad in the local newspaper and a sign in the front yard to sell a house.

I have spent the majority of my life living in Will and Grundy County.

When I was a "20 something" I started searching for an occupation that would challenge my desire for a constantly changing and challenging profession. I easily became bored with routine 9-5 jobs and knew if I could find something that would not only challenge me, but satisfy a desire to work and help people it would be the right fit for me.

Several of my friends, co-workers, and fellow classmates had mentioned I should consider Real Estate. At first I thought of this occupation as simply another "hard sell" job. Not for me!

But fortunately, in time I decided to give it a try and here I am years later. My life is filled with great satisfaction and hundreds of new friends. I know that I have helped people thru good times, hard times and
hurtful times. No matter what the reason - I have always walked away knowing I did the best job possible and somehow made the buying or selling process the best it can be.
